I find your question a bit odd. If you remove the sensors from an alarm system, it won't work. What did you think would happen? You need to put them back on the new door.
When you removed the sensor did you write down the colours ?
Are they surface contacts or flush ?
If you have another door contact on you system go and see how that is wired.
If the new door is upvc then the contacts need to be no more than 6mm apart for a surface contact.Do not fit a flush contact

Did you leave the magnet on the old door? Have you connected the resistors the right way?
Resistors ? On a gardtec 360 ? No ....lol
