Gardtec 490

Hello!

I've just moved into a new house and it came with a gardtec gt490 alarm; no one knew the code for it! However I've performed a reset on it – making the user code 5678. The code 1234 doesn't seem to work still for engineer access. Does this mean it's locked out?

Is there any code that I could try? The company want to charge £72 to come out and change the code!!

Make sure that you get a years maintenance and a service for your £72... Expect to pay more for callouts.
