GAS GOING OFF AND ON - COMBI BOILER GLOWWORM 100E

Apologies for duplication but I have a different problem now that CH is working fine.
Basically, DHW temperature is fluctuating from warm to cold and the gas flame is staying on for about 20 secs and going off for 10 secs and then back on again. This is when the hot tap is on full.
Boiler has been recently serviced.

Do you reckon a power flush would clear the sludge from the heat exchanger and is £375 the going price? Appreciate the help.
