Gas hob connection

Hi all.
I'm having a new gas hob fitted shortly and would like some advice on the connection.

The hob itself has a G 1/2 connection
And I need a hose to connect to what seems to be a 10mm connection

I've added a picture below, I would appreciate some advice

You need a gas engineer, hobs are not connected to hoses.
