I am still not sure what to do about this as two of the dials just will not turn. It don't know weather to get an electrician or a gas engineer ? Also, as it's an Ariston hob I am not sure I will be able to get replacements for it.

Gas engineer they are qualified to work on the electrical systems on gas appliances.
