A quick question about my son's new build
The house is quite large (600sq.mtr) with a planned 500ltr DHW tank and underfloor heating on the ground floor with rads on the first and loft floors.
The Sap calc's have been done to accommodate an oil boiler for heating, there is no mains gas in the village.
Gas boilers modulate oil boilers don't, so would it be more economical to use LPG than oil thinking about the boiler heating only one / two of the heating circuits?
