Gas oven/grill

Hi,

ive been a bit slack keeping my oven/grill clean.

the grill bit above won’t light and is clogged with tons of food/fat/soot. The oven function works.

ive been trying to get the gunk off the grill but despite repeated applications of various oven cleaners I can’t get it to light - see photo

I can see some screws in the grill plate thing. Can I remove this and clean it properly or will this mess around with the gas supply? Is it supposed to be removable?

or is it lesson learned, buy a new oven time?

Company called ovenu - specialist cleaning company? Looks like blocked burner holes.
