Gas pipe chased in to wall cemented over

This many questions? Surely the gas safe engineer installing your pipe should know!

Well I no it doesnt need venting under a tongue and groove floor anymore. Just wondered about through a set of 3 engineered joists in a row butt up to each other.

That is the said pipe it then drops down the stub wooden with battens either side of the pipe. The cable is about 4 inch from the pipe.
