Would a gas pipe in an (apparently) unventilated floor trench be deemed to be NTCS or At Risk or something else.

Would this have complied with the standards in the past 40 years or so?

Depends on the size of the 'trench' as to whether it would be classed as a duct.

These new regs are fairly recent I believe.
