I have been fitting vaillant 831 ecotec plus boilers for years now and have had no problem getting the gas rate required by always running 22mm gas pipe right to the boiler. I have done a couple of ferrolli 31kw boiler and have struggled to get the right gas rates? I am going to have to up to 1" pipe..has anyone else needed to do this. I am using no more bends and pipe than i have done on the vaillants.
