First post on the forums so please do bear with me.
I am in the process of renovating my bathroom. Had a coupe of quotes, one for 16k and one for 12k. I'm not tight by any means and am happy to pay for a good job but at those prices, either they did not want to do the job or were just trying it on!!! Anyway, I digress.
I want to install a wall mounted toilet and sink and the only wall available is a partition wall. Unfortunately, the partition wall is that Paramount Wall so absolutely useless. I was going to rip it out and build a 2x6 stud wall instead but then I saw that the geberit systems can be fitted in what they call a geberit system wall.
Has anyone used these? If so, I take it they can be used instead of a stud wall so can be fixed directly to the rafters and floor joists? Tried google but found nothing.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
