general combi boiler query, running noise

high, just had vokera 35 HE combi fitted.

seems quite noisy, is it right that the pump should run continously, can hear the burner come on when required but pump runs constant - all day, bloody noisy in the kitchen

engineer coming back for look wednesday

as long as the heating is turned on then the pump will run

thank you, i guess a bit air in system as I listen it sound like a slush puppy machine (kids drink)
