Have a Bosch stellis condensing GVSC 28 2 H running on LPG. Fault code CC keeps coming up. This shows as external temperature probe fault. I have checked that is wired into the correct place on the pcb. If boiler turned off and on fault goes away until the next time. The boiler seems connected to a hot water storage tank, not a U.K style emersion or sealed system and if water temperature requirement is changed on boiler by rotating selector or if hot water is used the fault seems to occur when boiler thinks it will have to produce some more hot water for the storage tank, but not every time. Does it compare the tank temperature and external temperature for some reason?
Can i replace the external temperature probe with a generic external probe? If so can anyone recommend a suitable replacement please.
