Get ready for the worlds first Trilionaires.

Maybe living in a world ruled by billionaires and trillionaires will okay.
It wont

From 2010 to 2020 we had austerity.

Ordinary working people saw their wages stagnate
The wealthiest saw their income and assets soar.

Irish billionaires have seen their wealth increase by a 3rd inside a year.
I guess its the same everywhere.
Hard to know what is driving this increase, has Global GDP increased in line with the growth of the super rich, or is it just a redistribution of existing wealth and assets.
According to some it is the stockmarket, a lot of wealth is on paper only. Elon Musk has seen his wealth increase exponentially due to share price increases, the Trump effect has created a sense of expectation among his supporters and the financial class.
Just hope it all works out for him.

I did well on TSLA.

For peace of mind I would suggest the lower risk QQQ ETF. Which is tech heavy.

The first trillionaire will probably be the 'anti christ' and newly revealed nazi sympathiser...

What could possibly go wrong with the 'new world order'/ 'great reset'?

Have never owned shares apart from the ones guaranteeing profit when the building societies converted to banks. Shares appear to be inherently risky unless you have insider tips, are in it for the long term, or have a sector specialist knowledge. Property is a safer bet and also offers capital and revenue returns. And premium bonds when you dont pay for the ticket each week.

A lot of its on paper, if your property and share portfolios increase in value you are wealthier even though you haven't sold them. In fact you're more wealthy because you don't pay tax on a non sale. Plus inflation has to be a huge factor, when you profit from selling as an owner or investor, rather than suffer by buying as a consumer.
