I need advice on the best and easiest way to get rid of a 35ftx35ft area of lawn, been told loads of things not sure whats the best and easiest any answers ?

thanx

If you want to turn the lawn to garden, ie beds etc, now is a good time just digg the lawn up & turn it over. It will rot & be ready for planting.

works even better if you cover it with old carpet/weed barrier or even tarpaulin (as long as the water run off isn't a problem) - will stop the perennial weeds getting thru and any new stuff seeding...
