He has suffered damage and distress caused by the chain of events that has been set off by letting the old one eyed trouser snake roam a bit too freely.

Well, you know it's alright that many a young lad will grow up thinking it's ok to bang your sister-in-law and some fame hungry bint from Big Brother and if he should get caught with his pants down (pun intended) well he has "human rights" to hide behind (not withstanding these rights of his wife/significant other and his brother too)...

Ahh but, She offered her honour, Giggsy honoured her offer, and all night long he was on her and off her.
