There are two types of hinges that you could use both would just need a piece of glass cutting to whatever size you need.
Either Blum concealed hinges for glass doors which require holes for the hinge but any decent glass shop will be able to drill these as well as polish the edges. Cant find a decent pic but the central doors on these shelves are hinged with Blum hinges
The second type just clamp to the glass top and bottom, they are OK but I only tend to use them for smaller doors as the clampinng method is not as secure as holes.
