I'm going to re-glaze an internal door and side light with toughened glass so need to order it to size. How much under should I be asking for? The holes are pretty square and straight but I suppose I still want a bit of tolerance.

when I've bought glass, as a DIY householder, the supplier asked me "is that the size of the space in the frame, or the size of the glass you want?" and if I said the frame (which they preferred), they made the allowance rather than trusting me to work it out.
