I have painted interior woodwork with non drip gloss. I painted over Satinwood paint which I thought could be used as a base paint without having to start from scratch with undercoat. The gloss paint is still tacky after more than 12 hours! Will this ever dry and will undercoating solve the problem for the rest of the wood needing painting?
Any help will be appreciated please.

If it was a damp or humid day that can cause a problem leave it a few days, maybe treat yourself and test the heating out too!
