Glow worm 30cxi coolhot water

Hi All, first post hope you can help. I have a glow worm 30cxi, it is 15 months old and has developed a problem of the hot water being only warm water. Could anybody help with a fix for this problem? I would be most gratefull for any help you could pass on.

Have you got hot water preheat on? if so turn it off(read manual)then try hot water to see if boiler lights up

When the tap is on do the rads get warm if the boiler is firing.

Do those bits then come back
