Glow worm betacom 30 combi problem

Hi i am new to this site and already seeking help.
Glow worm betacom 30 combi.
Problem is boiler is locked out (pilot light symbol cont red with x)no led on room stat and water pressure@ 1 bar.I have tried switching off power and resetting to no avail.
The system is approx 2 yr old.Unfortunatley no instruction manual.
Any help would be great.
