Ive had a new betacom combi natural gas boiler fitted about 4 months ago. Hot water delivery is fine but now that we are using the heating the boiler is doing the following, temp set on dial on front of boiler and it ignites burns for approx 3min then stops. I have to turn off and on power for it to ignite again. It burns no problem untill temp requested is reached then burner goes out after 15seconds it ignites for 5 seconds then goes out it does this continualy. Nothing has been changed since it was fitted apart from the fitter who has disapeared.
Any help would be much appreciated.
