Glow worm boiler leaking drain valve

Hi,

I have a really slow leak on what I believe is the drain valve (black plastic valve in middle of photo) it is leaking through the outlet as if the O ring has worn. Anyone got any suggestions please on how to stop this / replace this or how much a professional will charge?
