Glow Worm Fuelsaver MK11 30BR banging and clunking

Those that replace a pump which has stuck are probably going to be those who supply the pump for a significant markup.

Those who just unjam the pump risk being called back to it the next time it jams.

I would give a customer the option of replacing or not!

No nerve touched at all .

Oh a whole 9 degrees make a pump last longer does it or have manufacturers not actually designed them to work at the temp that a boiler actually works at with a significant margin built in. Fully pumped system have been the norm since late 70s and still many 25+ year pumps out there

Well i wasnt on site to judge this one and my suggestion worked thats down to my experience of how pumps seize slightly when left for months .
