Glow Worm Hideaway 60B problem

Hi,

Hoping someone can help. The pilot light comes on when i switch the Switchmaster to "constant" nothing happens. Seems like the electricity supply has gone array.

I have a digital tester but am unsure where to start.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

do you have any motorised valves and if so how many?
have you checked for mains power at the boiler?
can you hear the pump running?

not sure how motorised valves there are.

There's a fused spur controlling the boiler itself, with a 3 amp fuse. i've changed the fuse but it still doesn't work. I would like to test the plug that connects into the boiler itself, but am afraid i'll damage it.
