Mother in Laws boiler has died on her. Reset LED is flashing slowly, the burner lit LED is flashing fast, which doesnt appear to mean anything according to the manual.

Before we drag someone out to it, and get told she needs a new boiler, are parts still available for this thing please?

That fault sequence is usually the thermistor and still available, I would check this is the one you need though before ordering .

Cherrs Ian. I dont have any intention of trying to repair it myself, but getting someone out is proving difficult. 3 people called so far, one is on holiday, and 2 havent got back to her.

I would if I knew who was local! Did know someone through here, unfortunately I inadvertently found him the customers from hell, so I'm very reluctant to help anyone or put someone onto someone who can help now. Mother in law I can vouch for thankfully! Have been put onto someone now, he's been and had a look this afternoon and is coming back to us hopefully with a price.

Now time to weigh up if its worth repairing as signs are its starting to leak.
