Glow worm ultimate 50ff light gone out

My 10 year old glow worm boiler went out the other day
not the fuse
reset button is pushed in permantly
wont fire up
no hot water
no heating
any help would be appreciated

when you say "reset button pushed in pemanently" what do you mean?

Do you mean that it hasnt tripped?

If it cant be pushed in it dose'nt need reseting it pops out when it overheats ! call a CORGI engineer
