Glow Worm Unlitmate boiler not running heating

Its getting cold again and need to start putting the heating on. Just been in the house for 2 months and the heating is a bit of a issue.

They are storages tanks in the cupboard for the hot water, the time clock has set times for the hot water but I did override it for the heating and the light did lit but no heating. Normally the boiler fires up when hot water is being warmed but no luck on the heating. They are two light look switches in the airing cupboard which one goes to the big tank and the other Im not really sure. I have tried locating the value etc but cant get it to work

That was written in a rush.

The thermostat is currently in between min and max. Will try setting it to max and see what happens.

A week ago I went somewhere and asked where the room stat was.

Told there was none!

Looked and there was one within 2 m! Turned it up and there was heating!

Hi guys,

Still nothing from the boiler. Thermostat has been high for the past half hour and the red light on the time clock is lit.

Any other suggestions?
