Gloworm 24c low pressure

Hot water and heating not working since last night, flashign 60 light, I read that means low pressure, any idea how I fix this, photo attached, p.s that black circle thing does not budge

Follow the braided hose toward the wall ,right hand side. There is a lever close to the wall that you turn 1/4 turn to open. The black " thing" you refer to is part of the non return valve ,and you don't do anything to it at all.

By the way ,your pressure gauge indicates pressure is over 1 bar ,so you shouldn't need to top up by very much.
