gloworm flexicom 30cx leaking water after re filling system

had to drain down my system so i could fit a new rad and pipework , all done no problems , re filled the system bled all rads ,1.3 bar showing on boiler and it has started weeping water from the back left hand corner from a rubber hose with 2 hose clips on , i have searched and found a lot of other people have had this fault , so is it just a case of replacing the hose clips with jubilee clips and trying again ?? or has something else caused this to start leaking as ive only drained it and re filled it , it s been fine before this with no issues

damm to late , just finished it now , fitted 2 new jubilee clips and re bled all working fine , if you have a link where i can buy it from i ll do it before i put the kitchen cupboards back together !
