Hi I'm really hoping someone can help.

Gloworm flexicom 30cx boiler showing f14 code.
Just had new heat exchanger fitted. Still getting f14. I can run hot water but as soon as close the hot tap f14 happens. It was actually slower to get the f14 error code with a partially blocked heat exchanger. Any ideas.

You need an engineer to visit. The fault could be a number of things ,one of them being gas related.
