Gloworm flexicom hx15 condenser boiler.....no hot water

have Gloworm flexicom hx15 condenser boiler which the heating is working ok but we cannot get any hot water at all. The boiler is not showing any faults or making any odd noises so have no idea how to resolve it. Am on low income so need to get is sorted by cheapest means possible. All advice welcome. I know nothing about boilers, so please keep it simple!. Thanks in advance

If the boiler works for heating then will not be a boiler fault it will be external controls
What controls have you got

There is a small heating/ hot water timer clock and on the boiler is a +/- then little window with temperature etc

The lights on heating controls come on when flick boiler fires up ok. The rads heat up but no hot water comes at all. The temp rises on the boiler too. Sorry it’s not more technical response
