Only went to move it but multiple faults/leaks also hot water seemed too hot, didn`t have me flow cup or temp sensors. have to go back to fix it. The problem could be flow rate through boiler or gas valve not set up correctly or gas rate, blah, blah. faulty hot water thermistor? Also if flow rate is too low and boiler requires say min flow rate of 13 litres per minute and flow rate at cold main is only 9 what`s the position? it`s not unsafe is it? it`s fekking uncomfortable but what do you do?? Wash yer hands with asbestos gloves? Get a shower in a lead hat? It`s been in and getting serviced for 5 years.

Link your electric pipe freezing kit to flow sensor, connect to cold feed.

Each time DHW is called freeze kit kicks in and chills water to 0' boiler heats 40', and custard is happy with lukewarm water.

Link your electric pipe freezing kit to flow sensor, connect to cold feed.

Each time DHW is called freeze kit kicks in and chills water to 0' boiler heats 40', and custard is happy with lukewarm water.

They take too long too kick in, last time i used one it took 4 hours on a 15mm pipe and they don`t work on flowing water. Has anyone an idea on what to do if indeed its down to flow rate?
