Glowworm 40FF buzzing noise

My daughters failing relay became so noisy in the early hours that it would wake them up.
It would start up while there was no demand for either Heating or Hot Water, once started she the only way to silence it was to turn it off at the mains.
Looked at the underside of the PCB and there was some "blackening" but a simple job to swop the board over, so only had the heat off for 30 mins.
Will get the old board repaired and keep as a backup.

BG did the service and replaced the PCB so all good. Only concern was he said something about this wire doesn't seem to do anything so I won't reconnect it!

All working OK and was the 7 wire PCB. Would it all work OK if that wire was meant to be connected it was on the original!
