Glowworm Combi 100p HIGH PRESSURE OVERLOAD!!

Hello,

I have Glowworm Compact 100p Combi Boiler, the boiler works fine, but builds up pressure to over 2.0mb within 40 mins and then shuts down, the pressure drops and boiler re lights (sometimes)

I have cleaned out the Boiler
I have cleaned out the Fan
I have checked for obstructions in the flue.
I have had a pressure check on the boiler
I can see no water leaking from anywhere
I have drained the system refilled, bleed radiators
I am freezing every night......

Any ideas any one, I have had Transco out to check the meter as someone said may be a problem with the meter but that is fine.

Or anyone know a reliable engineer in the Birmingham area.
