No. Its locked in the software. If the boilers in the garage or loft then there is every chance the boiler will run for periods over night when it is very cold.

As already said by @ScottishGasMan , no it can not be altered but be aware this only protects the boiler, it will not protect attached pipework in the same area , they need additional protection
