I have a 8 year old icon23t combi boiler which has always been serviced and basically well maintained, i like many other people have just started
using the c/heating and find when it's turned off that over a few hours the pressure drops. During the summer when running water only no issues.
Any advise or ideas would be helpful.

Set the pressure cold to 1.5 Bar and then watch the pressure as the system warms up.

The pressure slowly increases. to about 3 bar

Thats what I expected!

The expansion vessel needs recharging or has failed.
