Im writing this for my husband whos a Corgi engineer, so bear with me if im vague.

Clients boiler losing pressure. Replaced PRV. Still not right, found EV gone so replaced that in a new position with new feed pipe as easier than getting the old one out. Still not right, so going to put bag on PRV to see if water still coming out. This model does not have a control dial on it so presume it has one inside the boiler, guessing it could be broken and over heating and still coming out of PRV.

Does any of this may sense??

Thanks, Claire

Maybe your husband can give more information but you seem to know more about the fault than he does!

AAV leaking?
Heat ex leaking and drying up on heat from boiler firing?
Leak on boiler but not one of the above?

Aside from the all the obvious, glands, rads and connections.

Unless of course your 'customer' is venting his/her rads every day.

David
