Back in June I posted a query as to why by boiler was taking time to ignite and the main burners were dropping in and out. Advice suggested the pilot injector was blocked. I had a gas fitter out and he had a look and confirmed the two holes were blocked. Cleaning the holes worked for a while.

I called him back a couple of weeks ago as the boiler was doing the same thing. This time he replaced the pilot injector assembly. The boiler seems to fire up OK when the boiler is cold but when there is a demand for heat when the boiler is warm it can take a little time to fire up.

Could it be that the pilot is blocking already?
Is there another cause for this?

I'd like a few things to ask him before I have him back.

Thanks
