Glue/bond neoprene to metal?

I need to bond/glue relatively thin (1mm - 2mm thick max) neoprene strips to gold anodised metal. Ideally I'd like to have at least a few secs to move the product about before it grabs however that's not an absolute requirement. The product needs to be waterproof.

What's the best option for me? Oh and I don't need a lot of it!

I know you would like to have some movement, but given the materials, I think I would go with an impact adhesive.
They are also available in small tubes.

I don't know if the Evo-stick version is waterproof, but I believe the Gorrila glue version is.
