Hi. I want to glue a solid rubber strip to some exterior wood. What would be a good adhesive to buy, using it from a sealant gun? I want something that will last.
Thanks.

Would something like BOSTIK EVO-STIK STICKS LIKE SH*T TURBO be any good?

Heavy duty contact adhesive. This works better than construction adhesives like Gripfill, Sticks Like, etc, and the solvents used generally won't attack the structure of most rubbers causing it to perish (something you cannot guarantee with many other adhesives). It doesn't come in tubes for use in guns, though, so you'll need to learn another technique

Bostik evo will likey do just well.
I use it to repair my shoe soles when they start barking.

Ensure you leave them seperate for long enough before placing together - then place a heavy wieght on top.
leave overnight.
