Hi guys,

Hopefully an easy one for you all. Recently been fitting a new kitchen in our house and have installed a new sink trap. Since doing so we are getting a lot of glugging noises coming from the sink when a lot of water drains quickly.

I understand this is due to a vacuum like scenario happening in the pipes, and is heightened when the washing machine pushes out due to the force of it, but I can't diagnose for the life of me why it is doing it.

I have installed a new p trap with an anti siphon since and this has not done anything, I've even taken the trap off and drained it into a bucket and it still seems to do it a bit?

If anyone has any ideas that'd be great, thank you.

The pictures are before the anti siphon was installed. I have also pulled the waste of the washing machine and dishwasher higher since.

Never had this issue previously, only other major change is it's gone from a single bowl to a double. If that would affect anything?

Some more notes incase it helps anyone, if I quickly empty the sink then the washing machine seems to be the one that's gurgling!
