Good Buy?

We have just seen 60M2 of oak block flooring advertised for £575. It has come out of a victorian school but has been removed carefully. What should I be looking out for to ensure I get a good buy? We intend to have it laid on concrete then finish it ourselves. Can it be laid on floorboards and what pitfalls are there to look out for.
