Got a commercial building with this as the circular. Its a single story, long bungalow type building. The far radiators away from the boiler just won't heat up and they are well supplied with water.
Tried to balance they system but didn't get any joy.
Is this "intelligent "circular feeling resistance and modulating itself down, thus no water to far rads?

Read the instructions dab evosta's are decent pumps can easily be set on constant curve that will stop modulating
Is system sealed or open vented?
How many rads? Boiler capacity/ heat load?

As is, what is the chance of powered pump setting up flow/ circulation through the pump on the right. Might it not be a good idea to fit check valves or isolate the right hand pump at the valves

I'm assuming there's just a single pump cable and it only powers 1 pump at a time and the redundant pump (on standby) has a gate valve closed.
Need to know what setup this is but the proportional setting at an appropriate speed would be the norm for multiple TRVs.

It was running in tandem with other pump, two cables, one from boiler, one from junction box.
I shut down auxiliary pump and shut gate. This still didnt improve lone pump circulation.

You just need to ensure minimum flowrates through the heat exchanger at all times...so that might mean using a traditional curve setting.

If this is a run/standby arrangement, shouldn't the valves on the standby pump be shut? (Or Non returns fitted?)

Not sure of that as this pump is new to me. Although I have read modulating pumps aren't compatible with gianonni heat exchangers.

I have a similar pump.
Pressing the mode button cycles through 3 rates (each) of Diff PRess, Const Press, Const speed. (9 presses)

I think yours is on - which is the middle setting (constant pressure).
The top setting ) is constant speed.

Perhaps this pump is a replacement for an old constant speed pump and the system hasn't been tuned to the variable speed quirks (ABV's etc).
I'd try it on the top setting speed 1, then 2, etc and see how that gets you ( watching for other stuff such as pump over etc,)

I am not an expert btw. :)

PS, is that a Bypass line on the right? If so, see comments about bypass settings, abvs, etc, etc)
