Go for it you pair ... you want me to look away.

I give up. Only an non smoker will understandNormally smokers at the pubs or elsewhere don't show any respect because they don't know you whereas friends or family tend to take more care with non smoker because it's polite thing to do.
Nope. The the definitive difference here is... the group you know are 'good'....the group you don't know are 'bad'.
The truth is........ Invite them all to sit in your front room , they will all smell the same. Fact.
Again, I'm not asking for a smoking banned, just a bit common sense and respectYour attitude make it clear it's got nothing to do with protecting health, or saving money, it's just biased puritanism, you don't like smokers.
Have now, as expected can be misleadingWell, if you bothered to read the report, you would know the above has nothing to do with it![]()
But if they didn't smoke then the money spent elsewhere is taxable anyway
Right now you're saying fuel and alcohol, I drive and a moderate drinker but don't smoke therefore what is the difference for an example between with the smokers who doesn't drink or drive and yet we're both heavily tax in a difference way? You could argue all day, although not their fault but not always the people on benefits are getting fags paid for including the tax so it's never ending and why the smokers feel hard done by I don't know unless I'm missing somthing?name another item other than fuel or alcohol with over 100% taxes,
Now you're being sarcasticplease take your time.......
the pro smoking lobby here doesn't have anything to say except "you want to ban it! you want to make smoking illegal! it's not fair! you don't like me!!
only the last is true.

Perhaps it might be useful to ask for a list of the benefits of smoking. I lack imagination in this field, and throughout the time when I managed to puff my way through over 150000 ciggies, not a single good reason ever crossed my mind. So please enlighten me, for posterity's sake![]()

I'm not in the slightest bit angry. You have indeed precis'd the anti-arguments for which we are all extremely grateful. In fairness, it seems only right to look on the other side of the coin. So instead of trying to use a smoke and daggers argument including infantile belittlement to obfuscate the issues, perhaps you'd like to turn your attention to thisOh dear, with all respect, try and keep up. I'm way ahead of you and I'm only a dumb smoker!
I made the list AGAINST smoking to save YOU all the time and effort of typing out angry posts (and repeating yourselves). But ... like a rollercoaster with no handbrake you keep clanking away. I really thought you'd have got the reasoning behind that .. but it must have been too subtle.
I think you do, since you enjoyed doing it with the "anti"'s to make some point. Quid pro quo.I don't need to compile a list of benefits. There are relatively few..
It`s seriously enjoyable - if you like Dutch tobacco , 3Nuns , Shag ( pipe) Players Navy cut ( ciggies) USA toasted tobacco - Original Marlboro. Sobranie Black Russian . etc. I wouldn`t waste my money on "supermarket sweepings" that masquerade as King SizeBenefit no. 1
It makes a lot of money for people in and around the industry.
Benefit no. 2
Smoking soothes people who are suffering withdrawal symptoms due to being addicted and needing their next fix.
er, what else?
