You can't clean mouldy grout - you need to remove it.
When grouting in a wet area use the best quality flexible and waterproof grout that you can find.
After that you need to keep the walls clean so that mould doesn't start growing. If you don't have an extractor fan then you may have too much damp air in there, in which case you're on a hiding to nothing.
