grande punto 06 rear heated window help please

hi all can any one help with the heated rear windscreen not working on my wife's 06 grande punto we have the drivers hand book and it says that fuse 69 is for the heated windscreen under the bonnet but their is no fuse 69 help please before the wife beats me up regards bazzzz

Have another look for the fuse, I think there are 3 or 4 in under a cover on their own? And you have another fuse box in the glove box, I think?

She just might be threatening you, or has she previous?

all sorted thanks no fuse but found the relay and tested OK 12 volt so went to the rear window 12 volt strange so i tested the earth no earth put a new earth cable to the heater and all well. the problem was a broken wire on the boot lid inside the rubber gaiter where it enters the body i thought this day and age they would have that sort of thing sorted exactly the same as the zafira same problem thanks again all bazz

Quite a common fault especially on estates when the tail gate is frequently opened, I have had to renew several sections of the wiring on Citroen XMs
