Granite Paving - advice please

Hello, we have just laid some silver grey granite - laid on a full bed of mortar. we didnt seal it as didnt realise there was an option to. now there are patches - just looks like it needs to dry out but not sure how long to expect it to take to dry? anyone had this experience? thanks
