Granite Work Surface Joints

The joints in my granite work surfaces are filled with a matt black filler that has started to break up.

Any idea what it is and where I can get some more?

D - it'll be an epoxy resin paste. Phone your local stone/granite yard and see if they'll sell you some - it often comes in 1/2L cans and is designed for the job.
