Graphics card fan

Saphire Radeon 2600 HD Pro AGP

The fan is noisy on start up so I want to change it.

Would I cause damage if I removed the fan cover from the card?

Not if you're careful.
Couple of screws probably and you may have to repaste/seat the heatsink if you're removing that too.

Is the fan noisy cos its clogged or just noisy anyway?

It's a crappy old lo-end card btw, so i wouldn't spend much time or money on it tbh, which means that if you bork it, you won't have to shell out much to replace it.
